Alberobello

Alberobello is known as "La Capitale dei Trulli" and is one of the 50 Italian sites that are on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Countless tourists go to Alberobello every year, attracted by the picturesque pictures. But in addition to the perfect pictures, there are also plenty of authentic trulli to be found here. The traditional houses with pointed roofs are present here in all shapes and sizes. The conical pointed roofs are often decorated with symbolic, religious or downright mysterious symbols; allegedly to keep evil out. Although Alberobello looks touristy thanks to the abundance of souvenir shops, we think it is definitely worth spending a few hours here. If you want to know more about the origins of the trullo, you will also find a trulli museum here, naturally located in a special trullo.
Distance from Trullo “Yours Trulli” 14 km (22 minutes)
